The VETEC ANLAGENBAU ECO AIRCLEAN F biofilter is an efficient, space-saving and cost-effective system.
In the exhaust gas treatment of Hot Smoke and Cold Smoke Installations, the biofilter concept has proven itself as a method for cleaning exhaust air containing carbon and odorous substances. We have further developed the technology so that all odors and flue gases produced during the thermal processing of your product can be treated efficiently and cost-effectively in several stages.
Technology / Benefits
In the ECO AIRCLEAN F biofilter system, a sprinkler system transfers the pollutants into an aqueous solution, which is absorbed by wood chips and broken down by bacteria.
ECO AIRCLEAN F is a highly reliable system, even at outside temperatures of up to 50 °C.
We offer the biofilters in various sizes and different designs, as a closed version or as a complete package including piping, control via a frequency-controlled driver fan and cleaning of the collection system.
